Community meeting to discuss Spangler boundary scenarios

St. Vrain Valley Schools will hold a meeting from 6-7 pm on Monday, October 15, at Heritage Middle School, 233 E. Mountain View Avenue, Longmont to discuss the proposed boundary scenarios that affect the Spangler community.

In September, the public had an opportunity to give the district planning department feedback regarding boundaries as they relate to the new PK-8 in Longmont. Comments were forwarded to the SVVSD Long Term Planning Committee who took them into consideration when creating the boundary scenarios.

Parents and community members will learn about each scenario and have an opportunity to ask questions and provide final comments. SVVSD’s Planning Committee will take these comments into consideration before recommending a scenario to the Board of Education on November 14th.

For those not able to attend the meeting, the boundary scenarios will be on the district’s website starting Monday, October 15. Comments can be posted to the website.
