SVVSD gathered community input for new school boundaries

St. Vrain Valley Schools held a meeting on Monday, October 15, at Heritage Middle School. Proposed boundary scenarios that affect the Spangler community were discussed.

In September, the public had an opportunity to give the district planning department feedback regarding boundaries as they relate to the new PK-8 in Longmont. Comments were forwarded to the SVVSD Long Term Planning Committee who took them into consideration when creating the boundary scenarios.

Parents and community members learned about each scenario and had an opportunity to ask questions and provide final comments. SVVSD's Planning Committee will take these comments into consideration before recommending a scenario to the Board of Education on November 14th.
