Public invited to community meeting to discuss new K-8 at Frederick

From 6 to 7:15 pm on Thursday, September 13, at Frederick Elementary School, 555 8th Street, Frederick, St. Vrain Valley Schools will hold a community meeting to provide information about the new K-8 school scheduled to open in the fall of 2013. The new school will be housed at the old Frederick High School.

Parents and residents will have the opportunity to learn about the K-8 philosophy, view construction plans and take part in the naming of the school and mascot. Information will also be available about the Pre-K – Early Childhood Innovation School set to open in fall 2013 at what is currently Frederick Elementary.
