Operations and Maintenance (O&M) coordinates the St Vrain Valley School District’s facility maintenance program and is comprised of Custodial Services, Maintenance, Grounds and Energy Management. O&M provides services to protect, enhance, and maintain the District’s physical assets.
Following the District’s core focus, the goal of the O&M department is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for teaching and learning. We strive to keep SVVSD buildings in the best condition possible in the most cost effective way.
By implementing planned and routine maintenance programs, we will extend the useful life of all buildings and prevent premature capital outlay for replacement. Our long-range goal is to schedule capital replacement in order to avoid interruption of services to building occupants.
