Department Overview
The Human Resources Department develops and delivers innovative human resources programs and comprehensive position control processes through coordinated systems of excellent customer service, technical support and employment over site in support of the St. Vrain Valley School District mission to educate each student in a safe learning environment so that they may develop to their highest potential and become contributing citizens.
The Human Resources Department is dedicated to supporting this mission by providing core services and competencies including recruitment and staffing, retention and succession planning, employee relations, organizational and employee development, compensation systems and benefits management, employee information management, and regulatory compliance assuring a high qualified and diverse work-force in support of student success. The District employs over 3,000 people, including teachers, support staff, administrators, and other school and department resource personnel. These employees provide a variety of instructional and support services to over 26,000 students.
