Correspondence through the below web form to members of the Board of Education or any school district personnel is subject to public records law. An exception that may apply: A communication from a constituent to an Elected Official (Board of Education member) that clearly implies that the constituent expects that it is confidential. Without a request for confidentiality, the name/e-mail address of the sender and the contents of the message could be formally requested and released as public information to individuals and the media.
